From the mysteriously green Celtic Spanish peninsula, Galicia is famed for some of Spain's most popular food and wine, from its Pulpo a la Gallega, Tarta de Santiago to its stunning white Alberino wine, Galicia is also the reputed burial place of the biblical apostle Saint James the Great. This month we intend to take you on a tour of Galicia with this delightful five-course menu and wine pairing.
